MCM Steel Erectors is a specialized conveyor installation, maintenance, and service company founded in 2012. With deep industry roots—President Craig Weatherhead brings over 35 years of conveyor expertise since 1989, and Vice President/Project Manager Derek Weatherhead contributing more than 15 years since 2008—we deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that keep industrial operations running smoothly.
While our work has taken us coast-to-coast—from Seattle to New York—most of our projects are completed within a 12-hour travel radius of Dayton, OH, allowing us to respond quickly and efficiently. In many cases, we can be onsite within 24 hours for urgent maintenance needs.

Certifications
Safety and compliance are our highest priorities, guiding every decision and action we take. Every team member holds at least OSHA 10 certification, with many achieving OSHA 30, and all are fully forklift and crane certified. We proudly maintain an A rating with ISNetworld, an EMR of 0.48, and participate in multiple contractor compliance programs—demonstrating our unwavering commitment to exceeding the strictest industry safety standards.
